No, this isn't gymnastics. It's a collection of knowledge focused on agile methodologies of software development specifically, though that can and are applied in other industries.

- The image at the right is really a work of art. It encapsulates all the various concepts, methodologies, etc. that are often talked about in the same breath as "agile". Some are, some are only related, but this is a great way to understand the relationship between them.
