Hash Brown Casserole

Background
I don't remember where this comes from, but it's potatoes, there's basically nothing you can do wrong here.
Ingredients
- 32 oz. Frozen shredded hash-brown potatoes
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese (reduced fat)
- 8 oz sour cream (low fat)
- 1 can Chunky Cream of Potato Soup or Loaded Baked Potato (not condensed)
- ¼ cup Onion, chopped
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour into 9x13 greased baking dish
- Cover with tinfoil
- Bake at 350°F for 30 mins
- Uncover for 2 to 3 min. to brown top
